A new toy/tool/art supply called a 3Doodler is available so you can draw a 3D object. And this gizmo looks pretty great. It is not inexpensive, a roundabout way of saying that it costs a pretty penny, and it looks like a whole lot of fun.
Feed some plastic tubing into a pen-like tool, and start drawing. Try a tower or a doorway into a house, and the structure develops in front of you! There is a 3Doodler for 8 year olds and there are a couple of others, including a professional one if you get really good.
It works plugged in or charged up and you don’t have to wait until it heats up, it is ready to go when you are.
