Noelia Voigt had quite a costume for her Miss USA competition. She seemed to have the world on her shoulders as she carried the Empire State Building, the US Capital and the Washington Monument to name a few structures!
It helped her to win the competition to become Miss USA. We read that she wanted to show that we are all part of the big diverse country. Looks heavy, but worth it for a good cause of unity!
